Great! I loved the combo of flavors and it was quick and easy to prepare. I used whole wheat tortillas, low-fat mayo, and pepperjack cheese. I also added a dash of cumin with the chili powder. Thanks for sharing!

Great light and tasty lunch! I used carb-smart whole wheat tortillas, low fat miracle whip, and lowfat swiss cheese. Quick to make and delicious - thanks for sharing the recipe!

Very good! Love its versatility! Easy peasy to make. Used leftover turkey so this gave it a new "look". Thanks CoffeeB for a keeper.

These are really good -- and really easy to make! Used my quesadilla maker for this, as it was just easier for us that way. Makes for a nice and quick dinner, and a change from the regular sandwich. Thanks!

Served this for "Saturday Lunch at the Farm" and these turned out beautifully. I followed this exactly, not changing one thing. I especially loved the chili powder with the Miracle Whip spread. I am not usually a big fan of Miracle Whip, but here, it tasted so, so, very, very good! I made three larger quesadillas, and after the swarm came in to eat, there was none left but a couple of crumbs...so that was that. You think there would of been more sharing going on, but apparently not with delicious recipe. Will making again and again. Spice was perfect for us. Made for Flower Power June 2009

These made a nice lunch for my son and I. I thought the chili powder might make them a little so spicy for my son, but it wasn't to much. Next time i'll make them for myself and add a little more chili powder :) Made for PAC spring 09.

Made these for lunch. They were good and easy to make. I followed the recipe as written other then I used mayo instead of Miracle Whip as I do not care for Miracle Whip.

This was a tasty sandwich. Because of my own dietary restrictions I used veggie-fake versions of the bacon and turkey, but sneaked in a piece of real cheese! I used a spicy habanero jack, and it got gooey and delicious. My flour tortillas were whole-wheat. This tasted very good to me, and I'm guessing that if you made it the real way it ought to be a real treat of a sandwich! Thanks, Coffeebarista!

Good quesadilla. I used jack cheese and made in the panini press. I topped with salsa and roasted jalapenos.

This was really good. I thought it would have a bit more bite to them with the chili powder so next time I think I will add some sliced jalapeño peppers. Overall a very delicious lunch. I didn't fold the tortillas just put them on top of each other for one big quesadillas and cut it into 6 wedges. Thanks Coffeebrista for posting.

Yummy lunch! I used my George Foreman to grill them up. I also stuck in a little cilantro. Next time I might try some cheddar or jack, too. Thanks, Coffeebarista!
