- 12 ounces tuna steaks
- 1⁄4 cup olive oil
- 1⁄4 cup aji-mirin (sweet cooking wine)
- 1⁄8 teaspoon dill weed
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
directions
- .Place tuna steaks in quart size conatiner,I use zip lock type bags, and add all the ingreadients and let marinate for 30 minutes or more in the ice box. Pour out marinade when ready to cook.
- Grill steaks on medium high heat for 2 or 3 minutes per side for medium well. Time will depend on the thickness of the steak, thicker the steak the more time needed.
