My hubby RARELY compliments my cooking. He loved this. I left out the lemon (I don't like lemon on fish), broiled it in the oven, and peeled the skin before putting the sauce on- I didn't want to waste all that yummy stuff. I'll definitely make this again.
This dish was delicious! The topping was great... difficult to resist eating by itself.
Wow! What an amazing recipe! I was slightly concerned about the hardness of the nut compared to the softness of the fish, but it didn't feature at all. It was just a fantastic tasting addition to a fish we really enjoy. Thanks AmandainOz! (reviewed for Photo Tag, 2007)
