- 4 medium ripe tomatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
- 29.58 ml olive oil
- 453.59 g mixed spring greens
- 226.79 g feta cheese
- toasted pecan vinaigrette
- 29.58 ml balsamic vinegar
- 88.74 ml olive oil
- 4.92 ml honey
- 59.16 ml toasted pecan halves
directions
- Brush the tomato slices with olive oil and grill lightly so they remain firm.
- Arrange tomatoes and greens attractively on a plate.
- Sprinkle with feta cheese.
- When ready to serve drizzle the vinaigrette over salad.

- Combine vinegar, oil and honey in a bowl and whisk together. add pecans.
