      Definitely delicious! We both loved the marinade and the grilled pineapple but I saw dh sneak the cucumber out of his. Very good. Not him but your recipe. LOL! Although I reduced the recipe to two I still have plenty left for our lunch tomorrow. Wonder why the pineapple slices aren't part of the NF? Thanks Shelby Jo for a wonderful dinner... and lunch. :)

      Yummy! Made this for our dinner tonight and just served it with some potato salad. DH said "for something with cucumber in it, this is excellent". That says it all. I loved the freshness of the cucumber with the bite of cilantro. I cut the recipe in half and had plenty for 2 sandwiches with some leftovers. I used flank steak and grilled on the bbq. Thanks for posting. :)

      Wow! What a great lunch we had today! These are really, really good. I used sirloin steak and cooked them on the grill. They turned out delicious. My 1 1/4 lb of sirloin did not make 5 sandwiches though....just two. But I could probably have stretched it to three by putting less meat on each sandwich, but I was feeding a 17 year old boy! The combination of the grilled pinapple, steak, cucumber and cilantro was excellent. I loved this recipe! Made for Newest Zaar Tag. Thanks for posting a winner!
