I made this for dinner one evening with a salad and rolls, and it was wonderful. My husband and I are big steak eaters, and we will be making this again. Since it was winter I used my forman grill and it turned out wonderful, can't wait till summer to grill it outside.
Family thought this was FABULOUS!! I am not a steak eater and I even liked it :) I used 2 - 1 1/2 lb. steaks (did not double the marinade...there was plenty) and only marinated for 4 hours....still, the flavor was fabulous and the meat soooo tender. Thanks so much for sharing this one!
Used a pot roast sliced thinly cooked it yakatori style. Kids loved it. Was moist tender soft and all of the the above. Will definitely be a visitor at out table again. Marinate the meat in the freezer for 30 min and your good to go.
Really good, easy marinade. I marinated the steaks for about 8 hours. The finished result was a tender steak with great teriyaki flavor.
Very good recipe. Easy to make. I made both chicken breast and steaks, and the steaks came out better. I used half the soy sauce to cut down on the saltiness. Thanks for posting, MizzNezz!
I put this marinade on my steaks and put it in the freezer. Last night I defrosted them, and cooked them on the foreman. So easy and good. They came out very tender, and flavorful. Thanks for sharing!
My stepdaughter made this the other night. Smells and tastes wonderful. Will try it on chicken soon. Thanks for sharing.
Swapped white and red pepper for the mustard, dashed in some sherry and it was wonderful! Even using cheap steaks (its what we had) it was wonderful! Thanks so much!
We made shish kabobs with the marinated sirloin. Delicious! This will be at the top of the list to make for company. I used cut up green & red peppers plus onion next to the sirloin chunks on the skewers. Thanks so much, MizzNezz!
