  1. I made this for dinner one evening with a salad and rolls, and it was wonderful. My husband and I are big steak eaters, and we will be making this again. Since it was winter I used my forman grill and it turned out wonderful, can't wait till summer to grill it outside.

  2. Family thought this was FABULOUS!! I am not a steak eater and I even liked it :) I used 2 - 1 1/2 lb. steaks (did not double the marinade...there was plenty) and only marinated for 4 hours....still, the flavor was fabulous and the meat soooo tender. Thanks so much for sharing this one!

  5. Really good, easy marinade. I marinated the steaks for about 8 hours. The finished result was a tender steak with great teriyaki flavor.

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
