This dish has such a great flavor combinaton -- you can really taste each spice individually and together, the combination is perfect. I used half lamb and half beef because I was too afraid that the lamb taste would be overpowering. I made the meat and marinade up in the morning and let it sit until time to grill them -- the meat was really tender. Made for PRMR, June, 2013.

I thought about using ground beef instead of the lamb, but lamb was the main ingredient, so left it. Glad I did. Made for the perfect football snack, made recipe as posted. The cayenne, ginger, and cumin really stuck out giving these treats a nice pizzazz. Made for PRMR tag.
