We love Chicken Oreganato and I thought I would try preparing swordfish the same way. It turned out moist and delicious. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of the fish. Use seasonings to-taste.

Directions

  1. Brush both sides of swordfish with olive oil.
  2. Sprinkle both sides with seasoned salt, garlic pepper and oregano.
  3. Grill for approximately 4 to 5 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily.

Thanks for such a simple and tasty recipe. We had all the ingredients on hand except the swordfish. After a quick run to the store, we were set to grill. DH prepared everything and said "this is my kind of recipe".
