- 24 ounces sirloin steaks
- 1⁄3 cup white wine vinegar
- 1⁄3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup blue cheese, crumbled
directions
- Combine vinegar, water, soysauce, onion, garlic and pepper. Score steaks lightly on both sides and marinate covered in refrigerator, several hours or overnight.
- Grill steaks on one side for 5 to 7 minutes. Turn and top carefully with blue cheese. Cover and grill another 5 to 7 minutes or until desired doneness.
