THE Best Steak Salad! Green olives are so good with this, I also add chopped Mushroom, red bell pepper and a fried slice of bacon. Thank you for posting!

Simple and absolutely delicious! Perfect meal for warm weather. Only change I made was to leave off the green olives. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

I was looking for a vinaigrette dressing for a spinach/steak salad and ran across this. YUMMMM!!!!!!!! I followed the ingredients for the dressing but substituted gorgonzola for blue cheese and it turned out soooooo good! Thanks so much!

My steak was a little overcooked, but I've been in my kitchen for so long, if it doesn't smell like fire, I ignore it. Great salad.

This was an excellent blend, perfect for a hot night when you just want a light, simple dinner. Made this for just my hubby and I (he loved it) but would also be a great choice for a summer dinner party, certain to impress. I used two tomatoes and instead of the carrot, onions and stuffed green olives I used sliver chopped cucumbers and thinly sliced red and yellow peppers, seemed to work well. Great recipe Marie - cheers!!
