- 453.59 g package uncooked Barilla castellane
- 453.59 g flank steaks or 453.59 g strip steak, grilled and sliced
- 236.59 ml sliced red onion
- 236.59 ml sliced red bell pepper
- 236.59 ml sliced green bell pepper
- 236.59 ml sliced yellow bell pepper

- 118.29 ml balsamic vinegar
- 59.14 ml olive oil
- 44.37 ml apricot preserves
- 29.58 ml chopped parsley
- 9.85 ml minced garlic
- salt and black pepper

directions
- Prepare castellane according to package directions; drain.
- Combine cooked castellane with steak, onion and peppers in large bowl.
- Combine vinegar, oil, apricot preserves, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper in small bowl; mix well.
- Add dressing to castellane mixture and toss well.
- Serve immediately over beds of lettuce.
