Steak rub for all kinds of steaks...good for grilling

  1. Rub steak with very light coat of olive oil. Mix all dry rub ingredients and cover the steak on all sides. Put three to four drops of Worcestershire sauce per side and push the spices into the meat. Let stand at room temperature for half an hour before grilling. Grill on a very hot grill, 3-4 minutes per side for medium rare on a one inch thick steak.

Great blend of seasonings for steaks!! I used it on a ribeye steak that I put on the grill and served it with baked potato and corn!! Thanks for sharing the recipe. Made for PAC Spring.

Yum! Great seasonings. I don't cook with salt, but I can't resist a good steak with kosher salt! Something about it that I really like. This was very simple and tasted great. Thanks Chefwmatt for a nice keeper. Made for Spring PAC 2011.
