This is so delicious, I marinated the prawns/shrimp overnight and all the flavours really soaked into the prawns. I cooked it on a pan and then packed it for work. The flavours were outstanding even preheated in the microwave. For the sauce/spread, I added a little extra lemon juice and cut down on the pine nuts. I enjoyed both the prawns and sauce, the flavours were perfect combination together. Thank you little_wing - *Made for Zaar World Tour 4*

Great recipe. The sauce is very different but very good. I thought the garlic and rosemary flavors were mellow but just right for us.

ohhh yummy. one of the best and most unusual sauces i have ever had with shrimp and such a nice change.

20 Stars are given to this by DH who requested a special shrimp lunch for this Birthday. This recipe hit the spot and he was delighted with the combination of flavours. The Garlic and Rosemary were clearly evident after marinding in the fridge and the smell while they were under the grill.. well lets just say that just as well the neighbours were at work becuase I think our front door would have been trampled down ! The Tarator Sauce was voted to be Interesting and once we got used to the Interesting it dissapeared more and more swiftly as the meal went on. The sauce IS a surprise, it tastes like nothing else I have ever tasted, but the combination of lemon and the flavour of the pine nuts really comes though and well, sometimes life shouldd be Interesting , shouldn't it?! An excellent twist to the recipe and compliments the shrimp very well. Please see my Rating System: 5 brilliant stars for an excellent recipe and for the surprise sauce. Thanks!
