A keeper - so easy, fast, and complex tasting. thank you for sharing! I marinated for about 30 min. in fridge & 10 at room temp - used fresh basil, fresh lemon juice, halved & sliced garlic to resemble slivered almonds - and added a generous squeeze of fresh lime juice. Cooked over med. high heat in nonstick pan till shrimp all done, didn't take very long. Served with chopped fresh basil & cooked sauce over rice with a salad -- will definitely make again. Not too spicy or garlicy, but very very flavorful - just super!
I halved the shrimp since there's just 2 of us, but kept the marinade ingredients in the same amounts. Very flavorful - the paprika played off the brown sugar. I used an indoor grill pan since it's wet out today.
Delicious! Served this along with grilled steak and everyone loved it. We cooked them on skewers so that everyone had their own. I accidently omitted the brown sugar and it was still great!
Fabulous!!! We made these for out Surf and Turf night and these stole the show!!! The flavors were so good. Thank you for sharing this recipe with us, we will be using this often as we are seafood lovers.
Dad's pick on this one and it worked out well. We used 1 lb of shrimp so I roughly cut the recipe in half. I went a little heavier than half on the olive oil, lemon juice and pepper. They had good flavor with a little bit of heat - probably from pepper and garlic - but I would not describe them as "spicy". Wife says, I can make them again.
Yummy! I've marinated raw and cooked on the grill. I've also pre-cooked in vinegar and old bay seasoning then served both cold and quickly heated on grill. Great both ways!
Yummmmmm!!!! We loved this, and will definitely make again!
Absolutely amazing! Definitely a great and easy addition to the grilling menu.
