This recipe is sooo yummy! I will definitly hold on to this one!
Simplicity at its best, so quick and easy, yet very yummy! My whole family loved them. I added a little cayenne for some heat.
Simple and delicious. I picked up shrimp that had already had the shells removed so was trying to find a well-rated recipe that would work without drying them out. This simple take did the trick. The shrimp turned out plump, juicy and delish.
My Italian seasoning blend had salt in it -- plus I had garlic salt so I might cut back on the sodium a little next time but otherwise...SOLD! You shared a winner Steve_G. Thanks!
Excellent! Our middle daughter has been broadening her horizons and agreed to try shrimp so I decided to make this recipe. It had a little zing to it, not very spicy. The kids all liked it but said it was spicy. What do they know? ;o) Husband and I thought it was excellent and ate far too many. Thanks for the recipe!
I love these shrimp. Anyone who tries them loves them as well. Thank you thank you thank you. My wife always askes me to make them.
Steve this rub is amazing!! I only had a pound of medium shrimp so I halved the recipe and only used half of that on the shrimp. It was delicious. I did find it alittle salty from the garlic salt though. Then I wanted to do chicken last night and decided to do the same technique. I loved it with the chicken! I had 2 small breasts and 6 chicken legs. Marinated them for about 2 hrs. I am going to make a batch of this up and keep it in a sealed container. I think I will omit the garlic salt. For those of you asking about where the spicy flavor was. Paprika comes in 2 flavors, sweet and smoky. If you use the smokey flavored one it isn't so much as spicy as it gives it a smooth smokey kinda heat to dishes. Not sure which one Steve used but I used the regular sweet that you readily find. The smokey one is alittle harder to find in the regular grocery store. Awesome rub that I will be using alot!
Made this for dinner tonight... sooo good! Didn't have a whole lotta time, so they only sat for about a half hour before going on the grill but they still had a nice flavour. Next time I will give them more time though, a little bit of heat would make them just that much better. Thanks for a great recipe that will be repeated many times this summer ;)
Have I really never rated this recipe?!?! This is by far the best shrimp I've ever made at home! I have made it for parties and for our family dinners.....it's always a hit. I used the recipe on chicken the other night....all In Can say is WOW! Great recipe!
This is great! I keep the "rub" on hand along with frozen, peeled and deveined tail on shrimp. Fab for tacos, salad or by themselves!
wonderful, I tried with a little cayenne, not needed, I perferred it without cayenne, the pepper gives the shrimp enough spice. love this recipe. ty
