      This is absolutely delicious; a scampi taste but healthier because of the olive oil. I used 4 and 1/2 pounds of shrimp (peeled and deveined) and doubled the ingredients. I marinated it refrigerated instead of at room temp; cooked on a charcoal grill. We were eating them off the skewers before they even cooled. Will use this recipe again and again.

      Absolutely amazing recipe. Marinade leaves you with tender, succulent, juicy shrimp with a wonderful flavor. BF grilled to perfection :) Highly recommended!

      WOW, I have been looking for a marinade that reminded us of our trip to Mexico. This is fabulous. In addition to the shrimp I added some mushrooms to marinade. Instead of broiling, we put theem on the BBQ. Next time will add the rest of the veggies we plan on putting on the BBQ. Will be a regular in our house.

      This was excellent, the only change I made was to omit the parsley because I didn't have any. I made it for my son's birthday along with grilled steaks the shrimp was a huge hit. Thank you. Delicious!

      This is an excellent recipe. I followed the recipe exactly except for letting it marinade at room temperature. I'm not comfortable leaving seafood unrefridgerated for two hours. Even though grilled it tastes like an excellent scampi!

      I can't believe this awesome recipe has been listed for so long and no one has rated it. Come on people get busy with this one. This recipe helped me create the best shrimp ever. I only had 1 pound of shrimp, but still followed the recipe mostly except I used 1 tbsp. dried parsely and 1 tbsp. chipotle hot sauce and just a 1/2 cup of oil. Cooked for 2 minutes on one of those sandwich grills. Perfect! Thanks Kimbearly.
