I made a lot of minor changes-added another clove of garlic, minced the garlic, used 1T thyme and chilpote pepper instead. That beings said, this was delicious! My husband grilled the chops over mesquite coals.

Delicious and simple. Broiled for 10-15 minutes since we don't have a grill; used a bit less garlic due to our personal preference. This recipe is definitely a keeper!

This made for an easy, tasty mid-week meal. I easily halved the recipe to suit two large shoulder chops and DH grilled on the gas grill. We enjoyed this with a side of grilled zucchini and yellow squash. Thanks!

This is so simple and at least with the chops that I had it turned out great. My chops were still a little frozen so I decided to bake them in a covered dish at about 400F. I can't remember how long it took but they turned out very tender. I took the cover off for the last few minutes of cooking.
