Salmon is one of my favorites. This recipe is courtesy of Sams Wholesale.

Ingredients Nutrition

  1. Roughly chop the orange and lemon segments, retaining all of the juice that accumulates while peeling and chopping.
  2. Combine the citrus fruit and juice with remaining salsa ingredients and toss adjusting salt and pepper to taste; refrigerate until serving time.
  3. For the salmon, combine the oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  4. Brush the fish with the oil mixture, broil or grill over medium-high heat, turning once, until fish flakes easily, approximately 8 minutes.
  5. Serve salmon topped with salsa.

This is a nice twist on the old favorite grilled salmon. We had it with roasted veggies and a delicious bread purchased from the farmer's market this morning. Made for Photo Tag!

Hey, yet another GREAT way to serve up salmon! I have a problem with really hot chilies so came down on the hot scale to sub a jalapeno for the serrano (& still I think the jalapeno chilies are HOT!) & that change worked well for me! I used home grown citrus & the two lelmons I used were ripe & large! It all cam together for a great tasting main dish! Thanks for the keeper, 'cause I love salmon, too!
