- 177.44 ml peeled and chopped papaya
- 59.14 ml chopped yellow pepper
- 59.14 ml thinly sliced green onion
- 14.79 ml chopped pimiento
- 14.79 ml chopped of fresh mint
- 14.79 ml rice wine
- 14.79 ml lime juice
- 4.92 ml grated fresh ginger
- 4.92 ml seeded and minced jalapeno pepper
- 4 (566.99 g) salmon steaks or (566.99 g) salmon fillets
directions
- To make salsa, combine first nine ingredients in a small bowl.
- Cover and chill for at least 30 minutes.
- Lightly coat grill or boiler pan with cooking spray.
- Sprinle both sides of fish with salt and pepper.
- Grill or broil fish 5 minutes on each side or until done.
- Top each steak with 1/4 cup salsa.
