yum! this was perfect for a light dinner. The dressing is perfect...and not too sweet the way som many bottled dressings are. I added a bunch of different veggies to the salad and it was FABULOUS!
This is a perfect summer dinner. I used flat leaf parsley instead of dill. I served it with grilled pita bread. Everyone loved this dish. Thanks for posting.

I was very impressed with this salad. Fresh tasting and well seasoned. Perfect for a summer evening. I served it over a bed of salad greens with fresh French bread and a fruit-mint iced tea.
This was just perfect for our summer picnic. It wasn't too heavy and I thought the seasonings really set the salmon off. I served this dish with two other salads, some pita bread and hummous.
I really wish I had more stars to rate with...I cut the recipe down to 1 serving and it was so filling...I made as posted and used this delicious salad in some lettuce leafs as wraps...I also...for a later snack...because there was so much...put a touch of mayo on top of the wraps...both ways were awesome. This is a keeper. Thanks for posting. :)
