  • Slice potatoes in half.
  • Place in a sealable plastic bag and add rest of ingredients ingredients.
  • Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Preheat barbeque to 300°F.
  • Place on preheated barbecue and cook for 15 – 20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
