- 1⁄2 lb baby white potato
- 1⁄2 lb baby red potato
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- salt and pepper

- Slice potatoes in half. Place in a zip-top bag with all other ingredients. Toss to distribute ingredients evenly, then refrigerate for 1 hour to marinate.
- Preheat grill to 300°F.
- Place potatoes on grill and cook for 15 - 20 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
