Too cold to stand outside today so after the five minute boiling, I roasted these in the oven @ 425° for twenty-thirty minutes. Loved the seasoning and the oven method works just fine.

These potatoes were very simple to prepare and tasted wonderful. We've made them twice now and they were a hit both times! The second time, we substituted dry ranch seasoning mix for the Tex Mex seasoning and it tasted wonderful!
