This is a summer favorite. Cook the potatoes and the bacon in the morning and finish the salad over a glass of wine with your guests. This is delicious with the small new potatoes.
- Boil unpeeled potatoes.
- Drain and cut.
- Toss with oil and salt and pepper.
- Grill in a barbecue basket until golden.
- Combine all ingredients.
- Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
