I will admit I didn't create the entire recipe as I didn't have the mushrooms but this will be made in its entirety at some point in the future. I made the rosemary dressing with (as you guessed) more garlic and another teaspoon of red wine vinegar (I love vinegar). This was such a nice change from the usual dressing and I was able to use some of my fresh rosemary from the garden! Thanks for a great recipe.

Delicious, perfect salad with a really nice grilled flavor from the mushrooms and peppers. I was skeptical of the dressing until it was combined with all of the vegetables- soooooo delish. A definite keeper- thanks yooper!

This was a great salad. I served with tuna steaks. It looked beautiful and will be a nice company salad.

I really enjoyed this salad.It looked very attractive and impressive. The only changeI made was to the dressing. I added some more vinegar and a little bit of sugar to it. Thanks Yooper for a great recipe.

very good!!! I would change the dressing a bit next time. Not as much olive oil and way more vinegar. I used balsamic. Other than that, this recipe is a keeper!! Great to go alongside any grilled meat.

This was a nice change of pace and looks so pretty. I too used extra garlic but had to use dry rosemary as I didn't have the fresh. It still worked out wonderfully.
