First of all, this is an awesome dish! Don't let the long name and the long list of ingredients intimidate you. It's so well worth it! I love portobello mushrooms; to me and a lot of our friends; it takes the place of meat. Fontina cheese is the Cadillac of melting cheeses. Source: internet.
