  1. I subbed some reg. yellow mustard that I added some horseradish since I was short on Dijon. I was worrie4d it smelled too "mustardy" and I added more chili powder. Well, this grilled up perfectly and not too "mustardy" tasting at all. The leftovers were the real standout, since my pork was still so moist that I could easily shred it with my fingers. Thanks MizzNezz, for posting. Roxygirl

  2. This is a great, easy tenderloin recipe! I followed Nezz's instructions exactly except that I let it marinate for 8, instead of 4, hours. It was fine and allowed us to get dinner ready early in the day so we could 'play' all day! Nice recipe MizzNezz, thanks!

  4. This tenderloin was fabulous! I added about 1/8 teaspoon cayenne and about 1 teaspoon Sriracha Hot Chili sauce (found in Asian condiments) to the reserve sauce, which was a nice moderate burn. We like it spicy! Thanks for this great recipe!

After DH and I moved away from the farm, and to the city...I haven't done as much cooking and very little canning. But I do come to Zaar and look for new recipes once in a while. I'm still cooking Zaar!! I like to play at Facebook, with my family and friends. A lot of my Zaar friends are there!! Yay! It's a good way to keep in touch. We travel more. We're looking at the European trips now. Hope to go in the springtime. I really want to see London, I think I lived there in a past life, I've been obsessed with it since I was 10 years old!!
