This is one great pork chop recipe. I love cooking pork chops different ways and this one is excellent! Marinated for 6 hours. We loved the combination of flavors in the marinade. We will have these often.

Even though I didn't measure anything, these tasted delicious. I used lime juice rather than lemon and marinated the chops overnight. They were juicy and very flavorful.

Fabulous recipe resulting in tender, juicy pork chops. I prepared this in the morning and let the chops marinate for most of the day. For my girls I made a separate marinade leaving out the adobo seasoning. We cooked on the BBQ and served with your awesome South of the Border Stuffed Mushrooms. What a great dinner, thank you!

Fantastic combination of flavors! I marinated the pork chops (I used thick cut, boneless) overnight. Dinner was so fast and easy because all that needed to be done was to throw the chops on the grill! Thank you ,Caroline Cooks, for a yummy grilling recipe!!
