This is a delicious recipe. Great for the spring time weather.
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple slices
- 1 tablespoon honey mustard
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- sandwich bun
- Grill or broil the chicken breasts and pineapple slices, brushing occasionally with honey mustard.
- Serve the chicken on sandwich rolls, topped with pineapple slices and red bell pepper rings.
