Grilled Peaches with Chilli

A simple dessert with a little bite...


  1. Cut peaches into halves, place under broiler and sprinkle a little chilli and sugar over each.
  2. Cook until the sugar dissolves and bubbles.
  3. Serve very hot.

This is a tasty little number! I made these as a snack one evening -- so easy to put together and the spice of the chili peppers was a perfect complement. We had it with a dessert wine and it was quite a delicious treat. I'm looking forward to serving them as dessert some night. Thanks for the delicious recipe!

i replaced the brown sugar with runney honey and served with low fat creme fresh - Peaches were nice i would take the skin off after cooking if serving for others Nice and simple - healthy, low fat pud
