      Cut peaches in half and discard of pit.

      marinate peaches in vanilla

      heat indoor grill pan on medium high heat until smoke rises.

      spray grill with non-stick cooking spray.

      grill peaches for 3-5 minutes on each side.

      (Optional) Fill the pit void with a white chocolate truffle.
