Grilled Orange-Dijon Chicken

"I got this recipe off the WW message boards. I made this and it was delicious. The only thing I added was sesame seeds. Reminds me of Chinese food."

  • Wisk together first 5 ingredients.
  • Place chicken in shallow glass dish or large heavy bag. Pour marinade over chicken and cover dish or close bag.
  • Marinate for 2 hours turning several times.
  • Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade.
  • Season chicken with salt & pepper.
  • Grill chicken until chicken is tender & juicy. Enjoy.

I'm a stay at home mom of 3 children, 4 counting my husband. My children are Deanna 12, Brendon 10 and Natalie 18 months. I love to cook different things. My husband and oldest child are very picky. So when I cook things with veggies in the recipe I put them in the food processor so they don't see it, but they are getting the vitamins from them. I have recently started Weight Watchers, so now on the prowl for new healthy recipes but that are easy to make.
