Absolutely divine mushrooms. TY so much for this recipe. I used butter and they were a big hit. I'll be fixing these again.
So SCRUMPTIOUS!!! We hit the jackpot with these mushrooms. Delicious flavor. I will repeat what the others have said--love the garlic and dill flavors used in this recipe. I used fresh dill and think that is a key factor. I also used butter instead of margarine because the flavor is just a little bit richer. This is something we will be having often, no doubt, because we grill all the time when the weather is good. Thanks.
These didn't seem to have much flavor for us. They were very tender and juicy though, and we do love grilled mushrooms but next time I think I will use the steak marinade we have. Thanks for posting.
Yummmmmmy! I served these with steak and shrimp tonight and these were loved by all. Simple, quick and economical. Thank you for another great recipe.

These we're simply great. I loved how all the juices came out upon biting into the mushrooms. Also, they were quite simple to do. However, I did not have any garlic salt, so I used garlic powder mixed with sea salt instead.
The mushrooms tha I used were huge , too large to skewer so I just brushed them with butter & sprikled them with dill & garlic They are wonderful added some leftover meat balls to the griddler for 3 minutes - Mushrooms took 5 minutes on high. Served with soft boiled eggs, toast. Started with a half grapefruit. Lovely Brunch for 2
Sorry didn't live up to the reputation for us. I used fresh herb fennel from our garden, and lemon juice which I thought would add even more flavour, but it was just okay for me. Perhaps next time I'll use the same idea but put it in a foil bag on the BBQ and use olive oil and a bit of butter instead of the marg.
First time I've grilled mushrooms, wow they are good! Wonderful flavour and I will definately be making them again , perfect served with grilled steak and salad. Thanks for posting.
