i love this recipe. it is a quick and easy lunch,snack,or supper.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • half cup mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons dried Italian seasoning
  • 8 slices whole wheat bread
  • 6 ounces sliced pepperoni
  • 1 12 cups shredded mozzarella cheese


  1. combine mayo and italian seasonings;spread 1/2 of mixture on 1 side of bread slices.
  2. layer pepperoni and cheese on mayo side of bread;top with remaining bread slices,mayo side down.
  3. spread half of remaining mayo on tops of sandwiches mayo side down ,in a hot griddle or large skillet.cook over med heat until brown.
