Absolutely amazing recipe!! Chicken came out moist and full of flavor. The only thing we omitted was the turmeric because I thought I had some and then of course found out I didn't. Now a staple on our menu and something I always put together for company. Never fails to please.

Best chicken I ever made, and I had 3 chicken restaurants for over 10 years.

In the words of my boyfriend, "this is the best chicken ever!" We used this recipe on the thin sliced chicken breasts we had in the freezer and it was perfectly cooked in about 6 minutes on the grill. We skipped the cayenne because my boyfriend doesn't like hot spices and just about everything else needed for this recipe we already had in the spice cabinet or in the garden (perfect for a couple who hates the grocery store!) This recipe has definitely become one of our favorites and will use it again!

Possibly the best chicken I have ever made. I used dried parsley and cilantro, pounded the breasts just to make them the same thickness for grilling, and WOW! Have fresh cilantro and fresh parsley for tonight, really excited to try the recipe with fresh instead of dried herbs. If you marinate the chicken breasts overnight, the meat takes on a slight green color from the herbs. Appetizing green not ugh green. Tasty and very tender.

I made this to try something different. What an amazing, aromatic and healthy chicken! I really loved it. It's so easy to throw together too. Will definitely put this on the make again list. Thanks for posting!

I made these using chicken tenders for approx. 50 people at my Sons birthday. We Marinated them for 3 hours, cut them up and made kabobs with mushrooms, green and red bell peppers, tomatoes and sausage. The leftovers were non exsistent! I paired them with grilled squash and zuchinni. Amazing!!

This is such a great recipe my teenagers loved it. I used breats and boneless skinless chicken thighs wich tend to more flavor. Serve it with yogurt sauce and Nan bread.

Like you need one more review for this recipe, but I have to add my 2 cents. Marvelous!!! What I liked the best is that it doesn't call for a long marinating period-we don't always have that luxury, do we? For a pretty quick fix-it's company quality. Also has me deciding that I must be a fan of Moroccan food, so have been on a search for more recipes. The spice combo is spot on, deliciously flavored and seasoned, but not too much so for my wimpy Dh. Great post!
