This is a good basic marinade recipe. I just don't understand why it says DO NOT USE FAT FREE DRESSING. I use fat free Italian EVERY time I make this and it always turns out GREAT. I also like to use minced garlic and a touch of honey. Lemon or lime juice also works well. I let my chicken marinate for at least 3 hours. I encourage everyone to use fat free dressing. It cuts calories without cutting flavor, so why not?
They weren't as flavorful as I had hoped. I would suggest marinating them for twice that time.
Awesome and easy recipe. I used mediteranean sea salt, course ground pepper, seasoning salt and yogurt butter. I served w/ scalloped potatoes and roasted asparagus.
I used the marinade with my chicken wings. Marinated them for 8 hours then brushed the wings often with it while they were grilling. Yummy!
I used good seasons and it came out great! This is the easiest chicken to fix and so delicious. Everybody loved it. I love that it's all sliced when it gets to the table. This is a good recipe for a buffet. I'll make this often. Thanks to seamouse!
Pretty good! This was a little too salty but that could have been the dressing's fault. I used Newman's Ceasar, but next time I will try one with lower salt. The chicken turned out very moist, and I loved how easy it was to throw the marinade together!
I used Newman's Caesar. This was so easy and so tasty. Very moist and flavorful. We finished every scrap. I'm making it again today to take to my sister's house. Thanks Seamouse!!
