Grilled Mangoes With Herbs

Adapted from Easy Entertaining with Micheal Chiarello, this is easy and tasty!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 medium mangoes, peeled, pitted, sliced into 1/2-inch slices (ripe)
  • fresh herb (verbana, mint, or another herb of your choice)


  1. Preheat your grill.
  2. Grill mango slices over medium-high heat until just warmed through, begining to show grill marks, about 3 minutes each side. Turn the mangoes once during cooking and cover with fresh verbena(or herbs of choice), letting the heat from the grill warm the herbs.
  3. Toss the mango slices and herbs together gently. Serve immediately. Enjoy!

This was an easy recipe to work with & if you like the taste of mango, it's worth trying ~ It was quite nice! I used verbena this time around, & next time want to try another herb, or several!
