- 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 4 chicken breast halves
- 1⁄4 cup lemon juice

- In a small saucepan, combine rosemary with 1/3 c water. Boil, then let stand for 5 minutes, covered.
- Blend rosemary water, oil and garlic. Let cool completely.
- Marinate chicken in mixture for 8-12 hours.
- Heat grill to medium. Cook chicken 6-7 minutes on each side, or until a thermometer reads 165º.
