  1. In a small saucepan, combine rosemary with 1/3 c water. Boil, then let stand for 5 minutes, covered.
  2. Blend rosemary water, oil and garlic. Let cool completely.
  3. Marinate chicken in mixture for 8-12 hours.
  4. Heat grill to medium. Cook chicken 6-7 minutes on each side, or until a thermometer reads 165º.
