Lovely swordfish recipe, Tebo. Only thing I did differently was to sear it in a cast iron pan and then finish it off in the oven.

"I could drink this,” my husband said as he reached for the marinade. Thanks for the great flavor. I did this impromptu so I didn't have time to marinate but I did a quick soak before grilling and set some of the sauce aside for dipping during dinner. I had to make some substitutions: minced a shallot instead of scallions and walnut oil instead of sesame oil and finally I opted for brown sugar. This is a definite redo! Thanks again

Absolutely excellent - did with Tuna steaks instead of swordfish and was absolutely incredible on the BBQ.

Oh what a delicious marinade for swordfish! I followed it to the letter and served it with Mango-Melon Salsa #29149. Used the George Foreman Grill and it was very nice (almost as nice as an outdoor grill). Thanks, Carole in Orlando

OMG! This was fantastic! My son prefers his fish with lemon and butter, my husband is not a huge fan of fish period. This left more for my daughter and I. She loved it and between the two of us, we took care of what the men didn't eat!! Awesome! I'd give it 10 stars!!
