Every summer I have a pepper garden, which produces way more peppers than we can eat! I messed around with various recipes and came up with this one for stuffed jalapeno peppers. Wife and co-workers like it a lot.

  1. Cut peppers in half.
  2. Core ribs and seeds.
  3. Mix the cheeses well together.
  4. Stuff the pepper halves.
  5. Wrap the halves with the half bacon slices.
  6. Secure with toothpicks.
  7. Preheat grill to approximately 400 degrees.
  8. Put halves on a pizza pan or equivelant (pan with holes/slots).
  9. Cook to desired doneness. Watch closely, may flame up.
  10. Enjoy!
