- 2 -8 ounces mahi mahi fillets
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oil
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons honey, diveded
- 1⁄4 cup macadamia nuts, fine chopped and toasted
- Rub fillets with oil; srpinkle both sides of fillets with salt and pepper. Brush 1 side of fillet with 1 1/2 tbsp honey. Place fillets in a greased grilling basket, brushed side up. Cook; covered with grill lid, over medium-hot coals (350-400) 7 minutes; turn basket, Baste fillets with remaining 1 1/2 tbsp honey, and sprinkle with nuts. Grill, covered 3-4 additional minutes till fish is flakey. serve immediately.
