One of my favorite grilling recipes.


  1. Combine Dijon mustard, mustard seed, honey and ground pepper in bowl.
  2. Place chicken, skin sides up, on grill.
  3. Brush with mustard mixture.
  4. Cover and grill 5 to 6 inches from medium coals 15 minutes; turn chicken.
  5. Brush with mustard mixture.
  6. Cover and grill 20 to 40 minutes longer, turning and brushing with mustard mixture, until juice of chicken is no longer pink when center of thickest pieces are cut.
