  • Place potatoes on a piece of heavy duty foil coated with nonstick spray.
  • Sprinkle with onion, boullin, seasoned salt and pepper; drizzle with butter.
  • Fold foil around potatoes and seal tightly.
  • Grill, covered over direct medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until potatoes are tender, turning once.

  1. It was nice to know that, in a pinch, you can cook hashbrowns on the grill. I just didn't think there was much flavour & the potatoes don't get crispy. They are somewhat mushy & mash up when you try to dish them out.
     
  2. Thanks for sharing your recipe! Kind of spicy but was delicious! It took alittle more time on the grill but worth waiting for.
     
  3. Yum Yum! We made this on the grill and it was wonderful. I added a bit too much salt but we devoured it anyway! We will definately be making this again!!

I love collect new recipes as well as eat them. I have a recipe collection that is almost taking up my pantry room. And I still keep adding more to zaar. I LOVE TO COOK! Which I just pickes up about 4 yrs ago, when I became a mommy. I used to think it was a chore and I hated even the thought of it. I wish I could Bake more...I cant BAKE AT ALL! I will have to practice on that one. I work overnights. I have been married for almost 4 yrs. We have 2 beautiful toddler boys together and will hopefully have more.
