Simple, tasty preparation, but the sauce wasn't as flavorful as I had hoped. The marinade for the fish was simple and very good. I marinated mine for a few hours and it made the fish itself much tastier.
We really liked this dish! We baked ours in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes. And we used shallots instead of green onions. Thanks for a great recipe!
A great summertime dish, Dancer, when all the vegetables and herbs are at their peak.Loved the tang of this recipe and the sauce, just warmed, not cooked.There's nothing I'll change next time except maybe to double the "sauce". It's delicious.
