This recipe was a snap; I had leftover turkey bacon and wanted to make a potato dish to serve with ribs and sausage. Enjoyed by all!

I have made this for years and love it as a side when grilling. Having company tonight and wanted to serve this but couldn't find my recipe. Should have known to come here before wasting all that time going through my 1000's of recipes! Thanks for posting!

We liked the flavor of this tater salad and have always loved the German type, but this was just a bit mushy after being first boiled in water, then grilled in foil. When I make it again, I will only par-boil the potatoes rather than cook til tender. I used FF mayo and lower fat bacon to save calories, but was still highly flavorful! Thanks Lorac!

I made this for supper tonight, and due to rain I had to bake in the oven. We love German Potato Salad of any kind, and this did not disappoint us at all. It was fast, easy, and delicious. I baked at 350 F for about 20 minutes until heated through (it was still warm when I put in ito the oven). Thanks Lorac.

I made this salad today - easy to make and it is excellent! I used red potatoes and left the skin on to add some color and baked it in the oven. This will be used often - yummy.
