Neither my DH or I could eat this. Shrimp is my favorite food, so I was sad to see it all go to waste. I'm not sure if it's a typo in the recipe, but the juice of three lemons is WAY too much. My DH said it was like eating a lemon...he took one bite and couldn't eat any more. Also, the hot butter cooked the shrimp, not the grill. By the time I grilled them, they were way overdone. Sorry, I won't make this again.

This was AWESOME!!! I actually cooked it in an iron skillet then placed them on a baking sheet and put them under the broiler for just a bit. When the weather is nice I'll definitely be putting them on the grill! Served them with a baked potato and salad. Also made a red sauce as suggested in one of the reviews for this recipe (3/4 cup ketchup and lots of horseradish.) YUM!!! Thank you!

And the heavens opened and said Thou shalt not BBQ tonight! I followed the recipe but in the last minute panfried the prawns - They are heavenly. We loved them and will definately make these again The tang of lemon with the garlic enhanced the flavor of the prawns Thanks bratty for a "do again" recipe - It has gone right into my fish seafood cookbook

Here in KC we are experiencing an odd heatwave-95 in October! But I am actually thankful it was too hot to cook inside because it made me try this recipe last night. FANTASTIC!!! I did add a touch more garlic and worcestershire sauce b/c we love both, but kept the rest as written. Ran out of skewers so we just put the remaining shrimp on a doubled piece of heavy duty foil and flipped individually. The cook time is really quick with the lemon juice in the marinade.
It's 95 again today, and I'm wishing we had more shrimp thawed. Definite "keeper" recipe. Thanks so much for sharing.

EXCELLENT shrimp! I prepared these for a party a few weeks ago (sorry that I am behind on my reviews), and my friends inhaled them. Within a matter of minutes, the platter was empty. Several people asked for the recipe. This is a sure-thing recipe!

Wonderful flavor, we didn't have any chives so subbed minced onion. These only took a few minutes per side to finish off.

What a perfectly simple and delish recipe! We used chives right out of the gaden and grilled just a few minutes and they were wonderful, I will use this one VERY often! Thanks!

I served this as an appetizer for a birthday party and they didn't last long. The shrimp were great tasting on their own, but I think they were even tastier when I decided to serve them with my homemade cocktail sauce (3/4 cup ketchup with lots of horseradish). YUM!

Wow! This was fantastic!! We made it with 1-1/2 lbs. shrimp (for 4 servings), and cut the butter in half (kept everything else the same). Also, we had limes on hand, so used lime juice in place of lemon juice. I highly recommend it!

Tasty stuff! The lemon juice gave the shrimp a nice tang. I am a garlic lover so next time I will double the amount of garlic.

Made this to go with our Valentine feast. I had to make an adjustment however because it was snowing so I followed the recipe and placed the shrimp under the broiler for only a few minutes. These were fantastic! The marinade gives these an awesome flavor. Can't wait to try these again when it warms up. Good job!
