This is wonderful when you've already got the grill going for steaks or something.

Directions

  1. Grill the slices of bread for 2-3 minutes on each side.
  2. As soon as you remove the slices from the grill, rub both sides with the cut side of a garlic clove, and then brush with melted butter.
