Honey and mustard grilled horseshoe gammon.
- Place the steak on a plate or grill rack.
- Thoroughly mix the mustard and honey and coat the topside of the steak with half of it. Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours.
- Turn over the steak and coat with the remaining mustard/honey mixture. Return to the refrigerator for another 1 to 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill and grill the steak for 4 to 5 minutes each side.
- Serve hot with poached eggs.
