This one definately goes in the *Chicken rotation*. It might be a good one one to slightly microwave/precook the chicken to keep down the the burning on the sugary glaze on the grill/grillpan. Reducing Balsamic has some great uses. T.

The presentation was excellent. The taste was awesome! When I went to the fridge to get my peaches, my family had gotten there first. I substituted plums. The tartness of the plums was complimented nicely by the sweet balsamic. I would not hestitate to serve this to anyone.

Easy and delicious. I need to get meals out quickly on weeknights since I work I to the evening and DH rises early. This was uncomplicated, yet as DH expressed, "an elegant, light summer meal". Definitely worth repeating. Thanks!

Kid #3 was away, so I made this salad for DH and me served alfresco at sunset. Me romantic? Well, I suppose anything is possible.
